Important: All official URLs start exactly as above, including the trailing “/”.

OFFICIAL EMAIL DOMAINS

All legitimate emails from FIMBank Group will originate from one of the following official domains. Any email received from a different domain should be considered to be suspicious:

• @fimbank.com
• @easisave.com
• @forfaiting.com
• @indiafactoring.in
• @egyptfactors.com
• @brasilfactors.com.br

Important: No additional characters or extensions should appear after “.com”, “.in” or “.br.”

SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL WALLETS

FIMBank p.l.c. does not engage with customers via social messaging applications such as WhatsApp or Telegram, nor does it provide services through digital wallet platforms. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent.

HANDLING OF CREDENTIALS 

FIMBank p.l.c. will never request credentials, including:

• Account Passwords
• One-Time Passwords (OTPs)
• Recovery Codes

Please ensure that this information remains strictly confidential at all times.
